Something on your mind? ? ? :-)

If you would like to leave a comment to tell me what you like or if you would like to share an experience you have had, have suggestions for new adventures, or would just like to share what's on your mind, please feel free to do so! I would really, really love to hear any feedback you would care to offer!

When you click on the comments link at the bottom of the post, you will be presented with choices for logins, if you do not already have one of the accounts listed, or you do not choose to login with that account, you can always choose the anonymous option, in which case your name would come up as Anonymous! If you choose to use one of the other log in options, your name would appear as the public name you list for that account. For example, mine would appear as Willow's Quiet Corner, and, of course, your email would not show!

Thanks! And, again, thanks for stopping by! I really hope to hear from you and to see you again soon! Let me know how you think I am doing! :-)

Happy Mother's Day!

A couple of years ago . . . errmm, . . . well, ok . . . maybe a f-e-e-e-e-w-w-w-w more than a couple . . . my Mommy was presented with the most wonderful Mother's Day present!   It was her very favorite one . . I'm sure of it!   ;)

Isn't this baby just the cutest?  (You must say yes, or my poor little ego will get bruised!)

It was my Mommy's very first Mother's Day present.  (pssst . . .  do you remember, mommy?  **waiving and blowing kisses at mommy**)

And here is a lovely blue and white (or is that purple and white? ? ?) splashed iris for mom . . . it's one of her favorite flowers . . .  It's the first one I've grown . . . the others are of flowers I snapped several years ago on my trip to Canada.

I got to visit the Butchart Gardens and they were simply lovely.  I would dearly love to go back some day.  Perhaps I'll post more pics of them one of these days.  If you ever get up to Vancouver Island you must stop to see them!

And here are some purple petunias for my grandmother.  Every time I see them, I am reminded of her.  I remember she seemed to have a sea of them at her pink house.

Happy Mother's Day to my mommy and to all the other moms out there!

Here you go, mom!  Enjoy! ! !
